My first ever visit to the City of Joy.. This was Paromita and Nilanjan\u2019s big day. It was a late night flight from Bangalore which was further delayed by fog and by the time I landed at my destination, it was past midnight. But what a relief it was to see Abhishek, Paromita\u2019s brother waiting to receive me at the gates. The next day was super eventful and I shot some of the best moments of all times. Wonderful couple, great people around and great food..!<\/p>\n

Just a week later I was on the way to cover their reception, in Paromita’s home town. This took me to a city, which perhaps I would otherwise never visit. Agartala. Paromita is a Tripiri and\u00a0descends\u00a0from the royal family; a family of great singers, \u00a0SD and RD Burman… The two days I spent with them were most memorable.. I covered the couple shoot at Neer Mahal, their King’s summer palace and reception that evening.<\/p>\n
